How do i get my 3yr old girl to try new foods?

My 3yr old only eats chicken nuggets, spaghetti, and mac/cheese, love french fries and of course candy. She wont even eat hotdogs. She has no problem eating fruit. But id like her to try other things like hamburgers, skillet dinners, etc..

Do you make her meals different than yours? She should have the same food as you do, aside from spiciness or allergies. Keep offering different things. Try veggies with dips. Have her help cook too. She can mix up things, etc. Involving her in the cooking and preparation might make her more willing to try new foods.
