Pressure Cooker

How do i can salmon with a pressure COOKER?
I was not able to find a pressure canner, i bought a pressure cooker (a Presto 5.7 liter Aluminum, it has a pressure regulator but not a pressure gauge, how long after the regulator boils should i let it rock? (the regulator apparently is supposed to rock)
Anyways ive done a fair amount of fruit and vegtable canning just the boiling water method, no pressure cooking so far, any help is welcomed, of course with pressure cooking not pressure canner thanks.

CANNED SALMON (PINTS)
Salmon, cut in 1" x 1" 1/2" pieces (fillet & skinned)
1/2 tsp. salt (non-iodized)
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Cut salmon in 1" x 1 1/2" pieces and press into pint jars. Screw on lids and cook in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure for 90 minutes. Take off heat until pressure comes down. Open cooker and leave jars in to cool.
