What could I use pre-italian seasoned turkey in?
Besides meatballs.

I bought that by mistake once. I'm not a big fan of fennel (which they use in it). I made a spaghetti sauce with it and it was actually really good. Last night I had turkey parmesan with ground turkey. Just add an egg and seasonings to the turkey, shape into oval patties, dredge in dry bread crumbs mixed w/parmesan cheese, fry in olive oil and top w/ mozzerella. Serve w/ spaghetti & pasta sauce. Yummy
