Is there a way to in close a Panther Oil Skin tarp when set up in the Plow Point Wedge?

I would like to set up a plow point wedge but in some weather I would like to enclose it. Can this be done and if so, how? Page 43 of the catalog- http://www.pantherprimitives.com/catalog19/Catalog19web.pdf
I also am interested in a fry pan like in the Panther catalog with the folding handle but with a lid.
I would like to find other sources for things as well. Where can I get a wood styles with or with out nibs? How can I find waterproof inks for writ ting and art?
I am also interested fishing with a cane pole using hooks, lures and flies. This might be about 14 feet long in 3 parts.

yes just use another tarp and wrap around the opening. Cabelas has fly fishing tackle and bamboo poles. Yahoo search is a wonderful thing have fun!
