How full should bread loaf pans be before baking?
When making a homemade loaf of bread (I'm making pumpkin bread), how much dough or batter should be poured into the pan?
Half way? Three-quarters full? Or to the top?
I would go 1/2
make sure you put a baking sheet under the pan.
