Oil stains on a nonstick pan?

i have a non stick pan just after cooking as it is. and now the oil coat luks like a messy stain all over.. no matter how much i carefully scrub it, it just wont go........ pls pls i want to get rid of the dark stain!

you have to get a cleaning chemical called multipurpose from Eureka Forbes ,just add 5 % in water (50ml in 1000 ml ),spray the liquid or take in a cloth and scrub it .it will go .
