Amway Queen Replacement
Question: How do I ask Amway to replace my Amway Queen pot under their lifetime warranty?
I believe my pot has a lifetime warranty, but I'm not totally sure. How do I get a replacement?
Answer: Warranties differ on various products, and not all the warranties are listed on the Amway site.
This is what they have to say:
Certain products have their own warranties, as noted on the product pages.
In addition, if any mechanical device should become defective within 180 days of purchase, Amway will, at our option, repair, replace, or issue a refund for such device. This warranty, which does not cover damage to a product resulting from accident or misuse, provides specific legal rights. Other rights that vary from state to state may be available. Because our inventory is constantly being replenished with new stock, it is possible that a similar product of equal or higher value may be substituted at no additional cost. (Amway Warranties)
So if the pot you own is under 180 days old (about 6 months), you should be able to get a replacement under their general warranty.
Specific Warranties for Amway Queen Pots
Also, if you have the documentation or anything that came with the pot you own and it says your pot is indeed under a lifetime warranty, you can contact customer support at Amway via this email: Customer.Support@amway.com (just copy and paste into an email).
They should be able to help you with replacing your Amway Queen pot, or at least be able to tell you if it is under warranty and they will give you a new one.
